1. What’s the total cost?
The total cost includes: plants cost, document cost (Phytosanitary Certificate cost) and delivery cost.
Phytosanitary Certificate cost is $28.
The total cost depends on the destination and the plants quantity.
2. What kinds of shipping method do you have?
We have DHL, EMS, Aircargo, and shipping by sea. We also accept your own shipping agent. Usually,
EMS is suitable for plants weight 1-20kg;
DHL suitable for 20-100kg,
Aircargo suitable for 100-1000kg,
Shipping by sea for more than 4000kg.
As Zhongchuan Peony Nursery is located in Lanzhou of Gansu province, usually we choose Beijing as the airport and
Tianjin as the port.
3. About the delivery, will it take to our home?
For small order, we would send by Express. The plants would be delivered directly to your home or nursery. For
large order, we would send by Aircargo or shipping by sea.
You should pick up the order at your local airport or port.
4. Will the plants be OK when they arrived?
The plants we send by express or air freight will be packed with moss and plastics. Please find the package
pictures in the following. The plants will have enough moisture when they get you.
5. Which places can you deliver to?
We have been exporting peony abroad for 8 years. Europe is our main market. Here are also some main countries that
we deliver, US, Canada, Japan, Korea, etc.
Seeds and plants (less than 20) are available to Canada.
Import permit is required to Australia.
6. What kinds of documents when you deliver the order?
We will provide invoice, sales contract, packing list, and Phytosanitary Certificate when deliver the order. There
are two kinds of Phytosanitary Certificate, one contains additional declaration, the other does not. We will contact you before we
apply the Phytosanitary Certificate. If your local custom has special requirements, please inform us in advance and then we
will apply it with the special requirements.
